Would anyone ever have invented an apple if they had worked on the basis of plans and profiles? Often, what happens is that our thoughts and deeds are dominated by the methods of working we have grown used to. What we try to do, however, is to play around with new approaches, asking very specific questions or turning what we think we know on its head to find a new solution.
