The building's expression is determined primarily by its use. As place to gather and meet in the park, the building should be transparent and inviting. The variety of single and double-storey rooms on the ground floor also find expression in the facade.
The architectural style of building 44 (Roland Rohn) and construction 200 is characterised by highly differentiated components with narrow views of cornices and profiles. The facades of the new building move within this "grammar" without copying their neighbours: Horizontal lines emphasise the transparent expression and fine vertical profiles and vertical fabric blinds are set regularly. Building 44 is thus allowed to continue to play the main role as the "weightiest construction", but it is flanked by another restrained and elegant building. The recessed connecting corridor to the north and the horizontal emphasis of the facade deliberately avoids a symmetry to building 200. The new building integrates confidently, but modestly, into the site.
